Let's take you through our process. Firstly your Caroline poncho will be folded neatly in tissue paper.
Secondly, bespoke ribbon is used to tightly bundle your poncho inside of the tissue paper.
This is then put inside our magnetic folding box with our thank you card.
Each order comes with an A5 card of care instructions. You can also find our care instructions here.
