Are you a sustainable brand?

Where are your factories based?

We have partnered with wonderful factories in Asia. Shipping is sent from there for sustainability reasons. Find more here.

How safe is the online purchasing process?

We use the most secure electronic payment mechanism system called Shopify Pay. All your credit/debit information is highly encrypted & not visible to us. We take your privacy & security seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy here.

Do you have a size chart?

Our Caroline Collection currently comes in One Size Only. The poncho has been designed to perfectly suit all sizes.

How can I care for my garments?

Each order comes with an A5 card of care instructions. You can also take a look at our Care Instructions section.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Though be sure to look at our currency list at the top of our home page, or the country/region section at the checkout, to see whether we ship to your address.

How do I know that my order is being processed?

When you place an order you will first have to agree to our Terms & Service. Then you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to let you know once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

We will update your order with the tracking number provided by FedEx or UPS. FedEx & UPS will automatically send updates concerning your order on their tracking page. Please find more information on our Shipping & Delivery section.

What are the delivery charges?

UK delivery- £10 (K Luxé Kloset) £11 (K Luxé)

US & EU delivery- £20 (K Luxé Kloset) £21 (K Luxé)

Please note that charges may increase depending on how many items you order.

How long is shipping?

Generally once your order is placed, processing takes up to 3 business days & up to 7 business days for shipping. Please see our Shipping & Delivery section for more information.

Do you offer sales or discount codes?

All customers receive £10 off by using code TEN on their first order if subscribed to our newsletter. Due to our sustainable business model we will rarely offer sales. However when the occasion arises, subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know! To do so, scroll to the bottom of our website.

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently do not offer payment plans & want all our customers to be intentional when purchasing our items.

Do you offer refunds?

Can I return items?

We currently do not offer returns. Please find more information under our Returns Policy section.

Will my details be passed to 3rd parties?

Only K Luxé.Co.Uk will have access to your information. This will not be sold to any 3rd party. Please see our Privacy Policy as well as our Terms Of Service.
